Business Hotel Tunis

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The reception staff are welcoming and always smiling. The room is a bit small, but the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is varied, but it’s the same every morning without change. The live music in the lounge on the sixth floor is quite loud at night and goes on until late, which can be disturbing. I highly recommend this hotel

We stayed at this hotel for a three-day city trip and unfortunately the experience did not meet expectations. Noise level was unacceptable. Loud music from the rooftop bar continued well into the night, making it difficult to rest after a long day. Accommodation itself appeared older and more worn than the photos on the hotel's website. Upon arrival, we asked if breakfast was available. Although breakfast was included in our stay, we were charged for it on the first day without being pre-informed. Front desk manager, who was unprofessional in addressing our concerns. We would not recommend it for travelers seeking quiet and reliable service.

At first, they told us that Maghreb nationals only pay $3 for the tourist tax, and I just needed to show a document proving I’m Moroccan. But at checkout, they suddenly changed their mind and said I had to pay $12 like any other tourist from outside the Maghreb. Very misleading. We also booked a large room but were given a much smaller one, with a broken coffee machine. On top of that, we had to repeatedly ask for clean towels, nothing was done proactively. Not the experience we expected at all. They don’t even deserve one star. Definitely would not recommend.
