The hotel ain’t so wow ,the breakfast is not it I don’t recommend u coming here at all the hotel wifi is even bad the room feels weird no hygiene they had the same toilet paper didn’t even change it or for the snacks in ur room , u gotta pay to eat like what ( the rooms smells like cigarettes) they said yeah we let them smoke inside so people come here, like bro it’s disgusting the smell
Lack of hygiene, noisy room with awful smell, and disorganized receptionist. Didn't worth any pennies and didn't deserve the 4 star they put on their logo
Worst hotel we stayed in Ankara. The staff of the hotel is incredibly rude. we had to go down again and again because there was a problem with the door card and the door. We preferred the hotel for the massage, but it was an underground salon independent from the hotel and the prices were higher and lower quality than the alternatives. If you are just looking for a hotel in the center or if you are looking for a spa hotel, it should definitely be your last choice. The ventilation of the bathroom is bad and it smells. The walls are very thin, you can listen to the conversation of the next room completely. They charge exorbitant fees for the products in the room.
