Butterfly On Victoria

My first time in Hong Kong, I chose this Hotel mainly because of its location , near trams, subways and buses and relative proximity to the Convention Centre, about 1.5 miles, 10 to 15 min with public transportation. To come from the airport, I just took (with plenty of luggage) the bus A11 and one hour later I got dropped off about 200 yards from the Hotel. It was the only option without transfer and I must say, very convenient. Upon arrival, the Hotel is very modern and chic, personnel are extremely helpful, professional and friendly. The room is modern, tastefully decorated, clean and tidy, nice bathroom, safe, desk and a small closet. The bed is superb and the pillows and linen is good. The only observation I have is that the rooms are tiny, I would not pick this Hotel for two people, but for solo travelers it is just right at the right price. Thank you Butterfly.

The building was undergoing exterior renovations while we were there so no views from the windows. The room is a comfortable size and the bed was to our liking. The place was clean in general. The rooms and hallways were a bit dark. Very close to mtr station. Nice places to eat nearby. There is a queue for the elevator more often than not so 1 star off. We loved the front desk staff, very helpful :)

The rooms are small but reasonably priced. Not much hanging space, no drawers, and very limited shelves. The staff are polite, friendly and helpful. The location is convenient and there are plenty of local restaurants Everything worked as expected and there were some nice touches like Apple Macs in the lobby with free Internet, a free android smart phone with unlimited calls, a free WiFi router, and firm and soft pillows. The blinds blocked almost all light, but the walls aren't too thick so noisy neighbors may be a problem.
