Buxted Park Hotel

I got married here over the weekend and WOW - what a day! This is the perfect venue to have your special day at, not only because the hotel and grounds are beautiful but the staff who run the day are absolutely fantastic. Gemma the wedding co ordinator was such a huge help in organising the day and always responded so quickly to emails and questions. Special thanks to Jack & toastmaster Phil who were outstanding and a key part to our day. Both of them helped the day run smoothly so myself & partner never had to worry about anything. They were so professional but friendly & they fitted right into the day perfectly. All the staff who looked after us were exceptional and it didn’t go unnoticed. Nothing is too much trouble and they made me feel like royalty for the day. The rooms and communal areas are clean to a high standard and all of our guests had a lovely stay. The food and breakfast were delicious, high quality and hot! All our guests commented on how lovely it all tasted. We had a wonderful time here. I’d 10000% recommend it if you’re looking for a wedding venue. We can’t wait to return to enjoy the venue again and reminisce.

Had our wedding party there on 19/07/25. Chose the Mexican buffet, food was great, really really nice. Service was just as good, Duncan was looking after us and nothing was too much trouble. Everyone had a really good time, thank you very much

We visited again for afternoon tea. This time it felt mean: – only a few very small finger sandwiches – a single smaller than a golf ball of cream for four scones – small mousse style deserts, rather than cakes – a single glass of coffee, no top-up offered Even the waiter joked the chef was working to a tight budget. It's not what I expected – there's definitely better to be had elsewhere... shame as they are such simple things to get right. I suspect it will be our last visit.
