Fantastic resort. The photos do not do it justice. The best family holiday with kids in mind. Booked via Neilson. Faultless. Food, hotel, room and activities are second to none. Activities run by English staff. Hotel run by Italians. Best combination. Would happily book again. My 9 year old son normally hates kid's clubs. This one, he enjoys so much, that I hardly see him from 9.30am to 5.30pm. Won't disappoint.

Just finished our week here with Neilson and had a great time. Kids club excellent and range of sports all good. Particularly impressed with quality and amount of tennis. Bikes are aimed at keen cyclists with range of guided tours graded Blue to Black and keen cyclists. Took a learn to sail course which was great. Food on included nights all reasonable quality and wide range. Bbq night not so good but bar restaurant is great. Two local restaurants - only tried one (italian fish style not snoopy pizza) - which was really good so went 2x lunch, 1 x dinner. Would definitely consider returning.

Neilsob has done a good job with this place in two years. The hotel is good if in need of minor refreshing. The pool and area around it is excellent. A nice mixture of areas for kids, recreation and lane swimming. The bar area is off on its own a bit but with the advantage of not projecting late night noise into the accomodation. Sailing and windsurfing is a strength. Great place to learn and the RYA certification comes included. The road biking is good but constrained by a couple of busy roads to cross. Once beyond them, there is good climbing and a superb descent from Terra Nova. The area is undeveloped for tourism so villages are for the villagers and you don't find a lot of English spoken. Surprising to turn up at a cafe with coffee at 1 euro and a clientele that is all local. It's relatively poor so road maintenance isnt up to scratch and you need to take care on descents. The Neilson guided rides were great for looking after you in that regard. Good place for a quiet holiday focussed on the resort activities.
