An absolutely exceptional experience! The restaurant at BV Quarry Matera truly impressed us from the very first moment. The atmosphere is stylish and romantic, with a stunning view that makes every dinner feel special. The food was outstanding – fresh, refined, and prepared with great attention to detail. We especially appreciated the focus on local and seasonal ingredients – you can truly taste the region in every bite. The staff was extremely welcoming, attentive, and warm, which made the evening even more enjoyable. A place to remember – we will definitely be back!

A Truly Unforgettable Stay From the moment we arrived, we were treated like family. Every single staff member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, valued, and cared for. Their warmth and attention to detail created an atmosphere that felt more like a home than a hotel. The hotel was immaculate—spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and incredibly well organized. The surrounding scenery was absolutely breathtaking, offering the perfect backdrop for a truly relaxing and memorable getaway. The food was nothing short of incredible—each meal was a delight, with fresh, thoughtfully prepared dishes that left us looking forward to every bite. We’d like to give a special thanks to Maria at the front desk for her kindness and constant support, to Daniele our waiter for his exceptional service and warm personality, and to Egidio, the hotel manager, whose leadership and care were evident in every aspect of our stay. Each of them played a key role in making our experience so special. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. This hotel set a new standard for hospitality, and we are already looking forward to our next visit!

We had a fantastic dinner here. Marco, Enzo and Frank we just fantastic hosts and the food was superb. Probably on of the best fillet steaks in years. The raw prawn truffle pasta was also delicious. Pasta was fresh and excellent.
