Understated elegance at its finest. The garden area feels like a secret sanctuary, tucked quietly into the pulse of Milan being lush, serene and almost cinematic in its calm. This isn’t a hotel that shouts luxury as it whispers it through precision, flow and presence. Service is sharp without stiffness with front office staff exuding a rare warmth that makes you feel absorbed not accommodated. There’s no friction in the experience where everything just aligns. What truly defines the stay is the hyper-curated nature of the spaces where each one feels intimately tailored designed for those who crave seclusion and subtlety. It’s intentionally quiet and calibrated for depth rather than display. A masterclass in quiet luxury where energy replaces extravagance and comfort is engineered for the few.

We were disappointed to find the lobby closed and the rooms smaller than expected. Despite attempting to upgrade, the hotel was fully booked. However, the location was convenient and the food was enjoyable. Overall, the experience didn't meet our expectations for a 5-star hotel, so we likely won't stay there again.
