Absolutely amazing stay at this property. Staff is off the charts amazing. The food and drinks are definitely to be remembered. The roof top patio view is a memory maker for sure. Not one negative criticism at all. Pool is beautiful and the whole hotel including rooms are just jaw dropping amazing amazing amazing! Spent a week here and didn’t want to leave. Location is perfect for so many reasons. Quick couple blocks to the heart of ginza and a very short walk to the train station. Tons of amazing food options if you want to go off property as well. Can’t wait to find an excuse to go back. Thanks for an amazing stay.
I’ve stayed at many luxury hotels, but this one truly stands apart! It felt like a private sanctuary from start to finish. The rooms were impeccably designed, the ambiance was serene and elegant, and every interaction with the staff was warm. The concierge team went above and beyond, securing reservations at sought after spots and offering exceptional recommendations that made our stay unforgettable. I can’t wait to come back!
I have stayed in many ultra luxury hotels in many countries over my travels, and Bvlgari Tokyo has been truly the best I have ever stayed at. I'd like to start by comparing another similarly priced hotel in Tokyo, the four seasons otemachi. Both were awarded "3 michelin keys". Yet the contrast in service and the hard product itself between the 2 hotels couldn't be further apart. I was truly disappointed by my stay at the four seasons. Unfriendly, no attention to detail, overall something that felt similar to the cheaper Conrad Tokyo. Bvlgari in the other hand showed me what a 3 michelin key hotel should be. So many small touches here are better: daily welcome amenity replacement, complimentary soft drinks from the minibar, more luxurious towels, a room layout that actually faces the window so you can enjoy the beautiful views, staff that seem genuinely excited to make your stay an absolute pleasure, more exclusive bathroom amenities, a fantastic and freshly made to order breakfast, better location near train stations, the list goes on. So many small touches of opulence and thoughtfulness that I noticed like the drink in the lobby, candy with a bag to take back, beautiful architecture like the sliding doors in the lobby. I honestly feel embarrassed for the competition and feel like I wasted my time staying elsewhere. The Bvlgari truly feels like a destination unto itself and I often found myself wanting to return to the hotel as I explored the city. There were a few things I felt they could've improved on like communication upon check in and a more luxurious check in experience in general. I only found out through Google reviews after checking out that apparently they have a house car. They did not tell me about it through the stay. Furthermore the level of service is good but some employees really went above and beyond and could serve as a model for some other employees.
