Very nice experience and all stuff are very friendly. Highly recommended my bulter Jun and my activity arranger Mambo! It is a pleasure to stay there for a week and enjoy ourselves.

This place is magical .. from landscape to every single person who is part of the staff . Without even asking for anything , every need is met . The food is amazing , the service is spectacular and the staff is soooo generous with kindness. It’s the first time I actually don’t want to go home. A big thank you to Stefanus who managed our family from bookings to pickups to room requirements .. and all done with the biggest smile . I have to admit it’s very difficult to go back to normal life after staying at this heavenly resort .

Everything about this place fell very short of a supposedly 5 star resort. Taking into consideration the property is almost 20years old so the rooms are starting to show their age. Photo vs reality a little different. Most important is the food and staff fall extremely short. Very limited menus and sub par food experiences. BEACH IS CLOSED so you lose one of the important offerings. The location makes it a journey to enjoy the beach. You will find yourself having to leave the property for food, beach, activities, and sanity. The resort basically offers a room with no real amenities or entertainment. Again no beach and non heated pools so you can cold plunge. Spa is way over priced for a limp wrist massage. The whole experience just felt like a money grab while doing the absolute bear minimum. I would highly recommend some of the other well known neighboring properties that offer more and at a significantly lesser rate. This was our 5th hotel we’ve visited in Bali and it is at the bottom of the list.
