Staff very helpful and professional when i needed help . Excellent modern hotel. Highly recommended. Close to all amenities.

Generally okay… But, we spent hours without water in the hotel due to some technical issues! This is something should be handled much faster. The staff were very friendly and hospitality was good. Breakfast was good but can be better. Note, I ordered Turkish coffee and they told me that it is chargeable after I finished it. Overall, other than the water problem my stay was good.

Unfortunately my visit are unpleasant. The first problem is when I made the reservation I call & reserve the king room+ 2 double bed because I didn't trust the information online& they assured me they will have & give what I asked, but unfortunately when we arrived from Canada they told me they don't have king room. At night the room is boiling hot & when we called them they said they don't turn the AC on yet & we can open the window but unfortunately we can't do that because of the outside noise. My other daughter join us in the morning so we came to the breakfast 15 minutes before the close so said we will add her breakfast cost to reservation total when we check out. The cafeteria guy he ask my daughter about which room & then he call other representatives & he bring paper & come to us in the middle of everybody & talk to us about one extra person instead of waiting when we finish & talk to us in reception. This is unprofessional at all. The manager with Grey suit is amazing The assistant with carrying the bag & assist with elevator is very nice
