Absolutely fantastic Stay at this hotel Which was well located near the city and its shops nestling on the canalside. Hotel was spotlessly clean the staff were really helpful and attentive. The furniture and decor were really nice in the bar, reception and restaurant. Free parking was a definite bonus and so was the spa, gym and swimming pool. Bar was reasonably priced and we had good hearty breakfasts. The room was standard, the only criticism was the room temperature was quite warm but a fan was provided. Overall it was a very good stay and we would definitely be coming again. Thanks Mill and spa.

Had an excellent 4day stay. The Staff throughout the Hotel are all Friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, clean with a large comfy bed. Buffet breakfast was more than adequate. Good choices and well cooked. Parking was excellent for our needs. Hotel very convenient location. Recommend. And will Return .Thanks to Staff.

Rooms are basic, pull out bed has stained mattress and pillows. Very uncomfortable mattress. Slept on the floor in the end! Air con unit full of dust. Staff very welcoming and clean bedding was delivered to the room within minutes of asking. Breakfast basic but good enough. Spa is lovely with a great little pool that hotel residents have access to 8am-8pm. Overall good value for money if you dont need to use the pull out bed
