what a beautiful hotel. the staff are amazing, polite and can't do enough for you. if you are ever in istanbul stay here the beds are super comfy, maid service daily, a complementary fridge with waters and juice in, a kettle an iron and a hair dryer. I will be back most definitely.

A Lovely and Cozy Hotel Experience We had a delightful stay at this charming hotel. The room’s color palette was very pleasing and created a fresh, airy atmosphere. Breakfast was abundant, offering a wide variety of options, and the environment was peaceful. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. The hotel is centrally located, with a shopping center just a 10–15-minute walk away. The metro station is just a 5-minute walk away. There’s a McDonald’s right in front of the hotel, and numerous restaurants and cafes surround the area. Additionally, the hotel’s own café is open around the clock. We were very satisfied with our stay and would choose this hotel again on our next visit. Prices may vary, but we easily made our reservation through Booking.com. The hotel also features a spa center. The staff were friendly and neatly dressed.

I would like to share some feedback about my recent stay at your hotel. While I appreciate the hospitality of your staff, there are several aspects of the experience that fell short of expectations, especially considering this is a 5-star hotel. Firstly, I noticed that almost all the furniture in the room was damaged or worn out, with visible scratches and scuffs. In the bathroom, the cabinets were poorly finished, with noticeable issues in the way they were sealed or repaired. Despite requesting a non-smoking room, there were ashtrays placed throughout the room, and the entire space smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, which was very unpleasant. Additionally, the lack of ceiling lighting made the room quite dim. As someone prone to migraines, it’s important for me to stay and work in bright spaces, and the low lighting made the environment uncomfortable. On a positive note, I want to highlight the exceptional service provided by your staff. The housekeeping team was incredibly helpful, and the restaurant staff was very polite. I cannot fairly comment on the food as I am from the UK, and our culinary preferences differ, but the service was excellent throughout my stay. While your team is doing an outstanding job, I believe the hotel owner should address these issues to meet the standards expected of a 5-star establishment. Thank you for your attention, and I hope these comments will be taken constructively.
