We had a really nice stay during our visit. The location of the hotel is perfect. All staff are so friendly and helpful. The room was a little bit small but i think it can be accepted as ‘okay’ in compare to London hotel’s. The bathroom was quite clean and bedsheets too! Overall we had a pleasant experience there!
We were lucky to be upgraded to a bigger room facing away from the street. Room and bathroom seemed to have been updated recently. Good beds, heating and shower. The room was quiet and the hotel is conveniently located within short walking distance from 3 different tube stations.
I do not know if they know about their pipings and elevator noises, but these are a serious issue. It did not cause me sleepless nights, but I woke up a few times for sure. The breakfast was perfectly fine, and the hotel’s location is optimal for any attraction or park you might want to see. Overall, if you are booking here, you will not have a bad time, it’s not crazy expensive, but it is worth noting that the rooms are indeed noisy, and that can be an issue for light sleepers. Notable that the temperature was a bit too warm, but opening the windows and turning down the thermostat could help.
