We had the oppurtunity to stay in this white hotel for 4 days in the winter, because of bad weather conditions , service provided was of top standards ,hotel was clean , beds and bedsheets were really good quality. The personell really helped us in every aspect. Breakfast was rich as well. Room was heated nicely which is a plus in the winter. Would like to see some color decoration to break the white monotony. Will visit again, as we where satisfied with the whole experience.
Close to ship terminal. You can walk to the hotel. Bed is great. Slept well last night.Air conditioner work well. We here for two days and we didn't bring much luggage. Shower and bathroom small.
Extremely rude person on the phone this morning (reception, 12/7/23, morning hours). If you don't have manners, go work elsewhere. Given the attitude of the receptionist, we decided to cancel our one-week stay for our group and asked friends who were looking to book with us to look elsewhere. Luckily, they found another hotel nearby with no attitude from the receptionist, and they had enough rooms to accommodate us and our family and friends for a week as we wanted to extend our stay. Avoid at all costs. Such businesses do not deserve any support.
