Bástya Konferencia és Wellness Hotel

I am from Brighton, the United Kingdom. The Hotel is amazing, situated in an idyllic place, the closest accommodation to the Cave Bath. The wellness area of the hotel is exquisite, we enjoyed ourselves like in heaven. The food tasted like at home. The staff is very polite, kind and always happy to help. Highly recommended, A+++ service! Thank you so very much!

The service was good. Our first room smelled like smoke, but the staff quickly gave us a bigger one, which was nice. The room was large, with a huge bathroom. However, it had no kettle or coffee machine. It also faced the central AC units, which were very loud at times, even at night. Breakfast was okay, not many pastries, but they were good quality. The location was fine, easy to park and close to a nice park. Internet was slow. Overall, an okay stay.

I recently stayed at Hotel Bastya and had a mixed experience. The breakfast was quite good, with a nice variety of options, but dinner was absolutely terrible. Most of the food was barely edible, and to make things worse, they charged for every single drink without any prior warning. We had a half-board package, and yet they insisted that even water had to be paid for. This felt misleading and very disappointing. I would not recommend dining here unless you are prepared for unexpected charges.
