Büke Hotel Şişli

I stayed in the hotel for two nights. My stay was excellent. All the staff, from the reception to the restaurant, were all cooperative. There is an employee I want to thank, his name is Younis. He is the best employee I have dealt with. He is always smiling and welcoming. As for the screens, they do not have an Android system because I needed to watch Netflix. Thanks to everyone.

This hotel is located in a great area. There are tons of small local stores to shop at and food on every corner. My only “cons” were that the rooms were a little tight on space and the restroom was not well lit. Fridge didn’t get as cold as we would like but it did chill our beverages. We were close to a smoking room so we could smell the smoke but we got accustomed to it after the first day. Aside from that, everyone who attended to us/helped us were extremely accommodating and quick to provide service. I saw a review on here that said they didn’t have an iron, they most definitely do have irons. Breakfast has all the essentials you need, a basic full continental breakfast. Overall- I’d probably stay again if I needed to be around that area. Usually, I would’ve rated this hotel a solid 3 but based on their service; I have to give them 4 stars!

I do not recommend this hotel, it is very bad. First of all, the service of the workers is bad. The breakfast does not contain variety and the size of the rooms is small. Even the room cleaning service is bad. I honestly do not recommend this hotel. This is the worst experience I have had in it.
