From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel at home. A special mention goes to Ms. Ruth at the reception, who was incredibly accommodating and made our check-in smooth and pleasant. The housekeeping team was outstanding — our room was always spotless and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, with so many delicious options to choose from. The Filipino staff in the dining area were so warm, friendly, and attentive, making each morning a joy. The resort itself is beautiful, with clean facilities, great amenities, and a relaxing atmosphere perfect for a family getaway. Excellent customer service and hospitality. Good Rooms. All amenities. Ideal location. But the thing that topped it all, was the attitude of every single staff. You truly felt welcomed. I had an excellent experience at the reservation guest services with Nilima who treated us with utmost respect and courtesy, understood our needs and tended to our requests over and beyond.
