I am very happy with our stay at the hotel. The room was big enough, the staff was extremely friendly. The room was cleaned every day. We had breakfast included, which was also very good in terms of variety and quality. From the terrace we had a view of the historic center of the city, which was wonderful! I will highly recommend the place to our friends.
This hotel was conveniently located across the street from the train station. The front desk staff was very professional. The young lady that checked us in was superb (I wish I could remember her name). Very professional, friendly, and helpful. The hotel rooms were clean. The best part was the breakfast. The food was fantastic. And, a wonderful staff member who works at the coffee station made me a decaf latte with oat milk. It was the best I ever had the entire trip. She was so so nice and made my day . . . thank you for that. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again without hesitation.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! It was by far the best one I experienced during my trip to Italy. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive, always ready to help. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated and very comfortable.
