My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were truly impressed by the kindness and warm hospitality of the staff. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home. The team was always available, polite, and ready to assist with anything we needed. We were especially touched by the handwritten welcome note in our room – such a thoughtful and personal touch! We were also offered welcome drinks, which was a lovely gesture after our trip. The room was spotless, and everything was extremely clean. Sheets and towels were changed daily, which we really appreciated. The hotel is located very close to a metro station, which made it easy to reach the center of Rome during the day. In the evenings, however, we chose to stay in the area to avoid the hassle of traveling back late – and we were happy to find nice local options nearby. On our last night, we were pleasantly surprised with a small farewell gift from the hotel – such a sweet way to end our stay and something we will always remember. A big thank you to the entire staff for making our stay so special. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this hotel to others!

However, for added peace of mind, the hotel also offers private parking for an additional fee, which is a great option to have. Overall, this is a high-quality and reliable place to stay in Rome, combining comfort, excellent service, and easy access to transportation.

This kind of consistent friendliness is very rare, even compared to many hotels I’ve stayed in across different countries. My room was always cleaned on time, right after I left it each morning. I never had to ask for anything twice. The food was delicious and generous, and the bar was affordable and convenient. The hotel is clean, cozy, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Yes, the room size is a bit small, but honestly, the warm energy of the hotel and staff more than made up for it. It didn’t feel like a problem at all.
