Very nice hotel, well located and friendly staff. Our room was ready and clean, and they kindly checked us in earlier which was very helpful with a toddler. The breakfast was delicious, nice and fresh food, in a very pleseant atmoshpere. They also have a playroom which our boy liked. We will definetely come back. The only downside is the absence of parking, hopefully there will be a solution in the future.
The hotel is elegant and very well located, less than 100 meters from the sea, with restaurants and shops nearby. The room was clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the sea view was beautiful. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful, and the lobby vending machine was a nice convenience. However, the sound insulation could be improved, noise from the street, hallway, and the room above was noticeable. The elevator is quite small, and the superior room lacked slippers and a bathrobe. Having staff available at night would enhance the sense of comfort and security.
We booked through their official website, which showed a payment error after our first attempt, redirecting us to pay again. At check-in, we discovered the payment had been processed twice. Guess what happened after? The issue was never resolved and the extra amount was never refunded. Making it seem that the error was deliberately designed to scam customers.
