The staff were very approachable and friendly. They were helpful with late check outs and breakfast options. My room was spotless and cleaned everyday. It’s located across the road from the train station, which made travel so much easier. I recommend this hotel, and I’m keen to go back. Thank you!

We had a great experience at C-Hotels Diplomat during our stay in Florence. The location is perfect—right next to the train station and within walking distance of the city’s main sights. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. We encountered a small issue with our room, but it was handled immediately and professionally by the manager herself. She personally made sure everything was resolved to our satisfaction, and we were truly impressed by her dedication and care. The staff overall were friendly, helpful, and always available. It’s not often you see that level of personal attention, and it made a big difference in our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and outstanding hospitality in Florence!

Location is good as it is close to station. Hotel room has several problem, however: 1. Lighting is inadequate and making me even tired. 2. The water drainage is poor in the sink, take a few minutes to clear water. 3. A little smell of unknown reason inside the room, though it doesn't cause big concern. 4. Room furniture seems look old and used for many years already. One thing is the breakfast very good, the staffs preparing for the foods for breakfast are excellent. The food is of good quality and will be immediately filled up when necessary. You can see the staff there are very nice.
