Charming old-world hotel with spacious, quiet rooms and excellent service. The breakfast had good variety and room service was very quick. Special thanks to Simone and Alex for outstanding service. Pros: Quiet neighbourhood closer to Villa Borghese with excellent restaurants nearby, free minibar, convenient parking (€25, 5-min walk). Cons: WiFi was weak and slow, breakfast could use more fresh vegetables, not all rooms have handheld shower heads. Tip: Request one of the three terrace rooms on the top floor if available - perfect for relaxing with the outdoor space. Would stay again for the service and atmosphere!

The room was large and quiet and the bed was comfortable and had a topper so it was not too hard and not too soft. Restaurant across the road was excellent and bus transport to every part of Rome is within 4 minutes walk. The hotel and room are so quiet and every person on staff was helpful and the breakfast was wonderful.. I have stayed in Rome many times and this is by far the best room and hotel for overall experience I had in 10 years of visiting the city. Rooms are normally small and a bit noisy as it is an old city but these rooms are soundproofed

Rooms: simple, as advertised. Nothing special. Only bad thing was our room was right next to the service closet so there was often a lot of noise outside our room from inside the hotel. There was practically no street noise at night. Service: everyone was nice as one would hope. One girl was super nice (I forgot her name). Breakfast is amazing. No need to buy outside of hotel. Location: quieter area but still close to good restaurants. About 30 min walk from the biggest tourist attractions. 15 min walk from Roma Termini.
