C Kong International Hotel

The hotel has a serious mold issue. There were moldy patches on the ceiling and the bathroom shower walls. My friends and I stayed there for 3 nights. All three rooms we stayed at had very bad, moldy smell. Towards the end, I started having swollen throat and a mild headache. It's very far from the city center. One-way taxi drive is 40+ minutes. The staff there was nice.

This is one of the lowest quality hotels in China. I'll give it a ★1, which I rarely rate, because I don't want to stay there again no matter what happens. First of all, I stayed at the end of March, and the air conditioner didn't work at all and the room was extremely cold.Even when I complained to the hotel staff, there was no improvement. They only gave me one room key even if there were 2 people staying there, and when I asked for it, they gave me a mysterious answer that they didn't have enough cards. There was only a trickle of hot water in the bath, and it took about an hour to fill it up. The cleaning wasn't done properly either, so when I came back the next day, there was trash. Even worse, in the room on the 5th floor, you can hear the low sound of the karaoke (KTV) downstairs until midnight. As such, there's nothing good about it at all, so I really don't recommend it. Since it is far from the city center and transportation is not convenient, I see no reason to stay here.
