Wow! What a beautifully updated place to stay! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the bathrooms were modern and spotless. I was especially glad they included a steamer! They also provided slippers and a robe, which was a nice touch. But most importantly—the view and location were unbeatable! We could constantly hear gondolas passing right by our window, adding to the charm of the experience.

Fantastic bread and breakfast. Rooms appear to be recently furnished and are done to a very nice standard. It's a very comfy room with plenty of space and three windows looking out over the canals. The bathroom looked very modern with a nice walk in shower, we didn't have the shower cubicle thing shown in some photos on a booking site. The location is fantastic being a short walk from the main tourist attractions, but not too close, so that it is a little bit quieter away from the tourists. The staff were amazing and really friendly. They also gave us a map with restaurants that they like, great idea, to avoid going to tourist traps, and being able to try some local spots. Great continental breakfast, much better then some hotels I have been to. Highly recommend this place.

A lovely little hotel in the heart of San Marco. Family owned business providing only few rooms, all with windows to the canals of venice where you will see gondolas very very regularly. Equipped with very comfortable beds and medium sized bathrooms (way bigger than the average bathroom in venice, mind you) the flair of the room screams mid-century Italy - so be aware that you will receive the full package of ambiance when you book a room in this lovely, romantic little hotel. By the way, you will barely notice the name of the hotel on the outside doors. Once you find it and enter the little yard, you‘ll fall in love.
