Great experience. Very peaceful place. They also cook food there. Very delicious and cheap. Overnight stay is also very affordable. The homemade paella looks and tastes to die for. The rooms keep the same authentic vibe from when the place ran as a monastery. People come in summer even just for day picnics and go back to their homes.
Beautiful walk up to the refuge. Quite steep and cobble stones would be tricky for people who are a little unsteady on their feet. Wear suitable footwear! No restaurant anymore so take plenty of water! Views are stunning. Takes about 40 minutes to walk from the road to the top.
