Just spent 4 nights at the Soreda Hotel. It was PERFECT in every way. From a fully equipped room, the staff from the chambermaid to the catering and the whole staff. I am visually impaired and there were also guests with mobility issues. I emphasize that this hotel caters for people with disabilities. The rooms were spotless and staff were always on hand in every place who are very helpful, compassionate and very friendly. I will recommend the food buffet, it was vast and catered for everyone with all sorts of foods and they also covered food allergies. For us it was a great experience on which will be repeated many times. I can't thank you enough. The pools were lovely and we had many events. I recommend this hotel as an allrounder even birthday parties any other form of event and the staff go out of their way to please and to see that everything is done and in a professional matter very well impressed with the service. Thank you so much.

Rooms are basic but your not here to spend your holiday in there other than to sleep. Cleaned daily and added bonus of a fridge to keep things cool so all boxes ticked. Food very good with lots of choice. Bar staff at the pool bar (and throughout) really friendly. Lots of things at the hotel we didn't try out such as the spa. All in all would recommend.

Soreda Hotel Review We chose Soreda Hotel at the last minute due to unexpected changes in our family trip to Malta. Positive reviews and its advertised 4-star status initially attracted us. Unfortunately, based on our actual experience, this hotel firmly belongs in our “never again” category. 1. Customer Service The staff were not supportive. We fully acknowledge that we booked a non-refundable rate. However, when the quality of a stay falls far below expectations, some compromise should be possible. After the first night, we suggested paying for one additional night and receiving a refund for the remainder so we could move elsewhere, but this request was completely refused. 2. Key Issues We Found: • The hotel is undergoing renovations throughout—including the lobby—but this was not mentioned on the booking site or at check-in. • The walls in our apartment were in worse condition than those in many public places like airports or train stations. • The furniture looked like it hadn’t been updated in decades. • The fridge showed visible signs of corrosion. • The air conditioning was confusing and inaccurate: we set it to 22°C, the display claimed the room was 28°C, but a thermometer measured 24.8°C. P.S. We do appreciate that the hotel upgraded us to a two-bedroom apartment instead of a one-bedroom with four beds. However, this gesture alone does not make up for the lack of 4-star service.
