My husband and my son stayed at this hotel for a night. We had a great experience. Alessandro was very helpful - he actually upgraded our room to a bigger one to accommodate my son’s needs. He is super friendly. The breakfast was included and I think that it is safe to say that I had the best breakfast in this hotel. (Especially compared to the ones that I had in the U.S.). The location of this hotel is also great. It is in a quieter area and very close to the less touristy, super nice restaurants. I would absolutely come back and stay here. In addition to Alessandro, other staff members were also very friendly and helpful.

We had a great stay in this hotel, the location is good and the hotel is unique, we felt as if we were somewhere special. The rooms were clean and fabulous, looking directly out onto the canal. Breakfast was excellent and Alessandro on the front desk was especially polite and welcoming, as well as being helpful with his restaurant and other recommendations. We would stay here again.

Fantastic hotel well positioned on the canal. Staff were excellent, friendly and spoke English well. Alessandro and all the reception staff were considerate and helpful. Michela was excellent providing a fantastic quality breakfast. Who can say no to cheesecake with breakfast. Thank you to the staff who provided an excellent stay away location. Well air conditioned rooms were a blessing after our previous hotels in Italy. Thoroughly recommend
