Excelente lugar!!! De los mejores hoteles de Villavicencio, atención súper, habitaciones muy bonitas, aseadas, están pendientes de todo, y son muy cordiales. He ido dos veces y ha sido excelente todo! Los recomiendo full💯
It was a terrible experience, we stayed for two nights. The second night was a complete nightmare. Instead of being able to rest, we believed that we had stayed inside a seedy nightclub with loud music that disturbed the tranquility of the guests. We did not want to party. I do not recommend this place. Those who serve it are rude. The music was turned off until almost two in the morning, and we had to insist several times if they want to rest. This is not the place to go. I do not recommend it and I will never return. Additionally, the day we arrived around 5 pm it took them almost an hour to deliver the room because they no longer had availability and they had to give us a different room for which we paid due to all the disorganization in that place. Again he reiterated I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT
