A new experience within this establishment, and once again delighted with our stay. The welcome from Samuel and his colleagues always very professional. The very comfortable rooms are very quiet. In catering, the cuisine is of an excellent standard, with the most professional and friendly service at all times. A big thank you to Mathys, for his good humor and the quality of his work. A Big Up to the entire SPA team, Antoine and Victoria were perfect again.

Unfortunately, the service was disappointing, as is often the case in hotels of this brand. I wanted to ask a question about the restaurant menu, but I was told to wait for the other two guests to arrive. When it came to the bill, I was asked if everything should be allocated to the same room, but the bill was charged to a person who had neither ordered nor paid (I am a man, the room billed was in a woman's name). When I asked to correct this error, I was told it wasn't possible. As a business owner myself, I know perfectly well that it's possible to reissue an invoice, especially in such an obvious case of error. I prefer not to detail all the other blunders. This comment will remain online until the hotel shows goodwill in correcting this erroneous invoice, which poses an accounting problem, as I am the actual payer. Finally, I'm a Platinum member - which apparently doesn't change the lack of flexibility in the accounting department.
