Cacao Rooms

Cacao Rooms hotel ticks every box! You can't get any closer to Ljubljana's action. The main square, historic bridges, restaurants, bars, nightlife, and beautiful churches are literally right outside the door. The rooms are comfortable and spacious with the necessary amenities. The Cacao coffee house is right next door for all your coffee and sweet treat needs. They'll even carry your order to your room! We were in room 1, which looks out on the busy street, but the moment we closed the window, the room instantly fell silent. Loved it!

Best location ever!!! Loved the place and facilities. It was really clean! They even have a small kitchen that can be used if needed. The only thing to highlight is that the twin room is a bit dark.

This was my second time in Ljubljana and staying at Cacao Rooms. We came across these rooms on Booking.com and made a last-minute reservation as a one-night stopover during our road trip. The location is excellent, super central. As soon as you step outside, you’re right on a lively pedestrian street filled with restaurants and bars. Since it’s a pedestrian zone, you can’t drive directly to the property, but they informed us in advance about a covered garage just a 5-minute walk away, which costs €35 per day. The rooms themselves are fairly simple in terms of interior and decor. The color palette is quite dark, not really my personal taste, but the room was spacious, and the bathroom was large and very clean. I think this is a great place for a one-night stopover. If you’re looking for something romantic or with a lot of charm, this might not be the right fit. But if that’s not your priority, it’s a solid and practical choice for the price and location.
