Cactus Beach Hotel

This was the second time staying in cactus beach and It was as amazing as the first time.Τhe buffet was incredible it had a huge selection with tasty food,very presentable.(Even for the picky ones).The stuff was friendly and helpful.Always smiling and ready to assist you with anything we needed.Their warm hospitality really mad a difference. The resort is ideal for families.The children's facilities are excellent,with plenty of fun and safe areas to play around.Our son was playing from day to night. We absolutely loved seeing him engaging and having so much fun.We highly recommend cactus beach resort and hopefully we can come back next year.

Very professional people very professional service and with all inclusive you have food and drinks the whole time till 11 o’clock at night and you have early breakfast also . It starts at 4am, so if you have to travel to visit other places or do some activities you can get breakfast and start your day. So they think about everything. They are very polite very friendly and they care a lot about the residence of the hotel. It is also very safe here.

Staff, location and food was great, but that's it. Hotel is overcrowded with screaming and crying kids, everywhere and nonstop. At least the dining room could be separated, it's big enough to do it but for some reason, it's not. Also, for "all inclusive" hotel, there was a lot of things "exlcuded". Like gym or towels, you have to pay 10€ for them and if you want to change them, it cost 1€ Another thing that was kinda shocking for me, is hotel, with "beach" in it's name, is asking money for beach seats. With very arrogant and greedy man, asking different price every time. One time it's 25, one time it's 20, some people got it for 15. Honestly, I wish him the worst for his attitude. We paid for hotel room that is new, but they put is in old part of hotel, when asked about change, we had to wait like 4 days because everything was booked full, no one gave us money back. Charging guests for gym is also crazy if you ask me, 10€ for one way entrance for such a small gym is theft. Our room was cleaned every day but bed sheets and towels vere changed every third day. For that money we paid, I was expecting much more, would not recommend, also would not visit again.
