Cactus Fleur Beach Club

This was our first time visiting this hotel as a family of two, and we all loved it. Those who gave it a low rating compared to a 5-star hotel are being unfair. The hotel and rooms are clean. Being right on the seafront is a huge advantage. The sea is crystal clear, clean, and warm. They also offer water activities. The pool is small, but we didn't need it when the sea was there. The entrance to the sea is rocky, but stairs are built at different points along the pier, allowing you to swim to your desired depth. Despite the large number of families with children, surprisingly, there was no noise or chaos. It's a peaceful hotel. There are two mini pools. It has a boutique hotel feel. You won't have to wait in line for food. Don't expect too much from the food. You won't go hungry; they do their best. The staff are friendly and attentive. There are enough sun loungers, no rush to grab them. There are only a few towels. You won't get tired walking around the hotel. It's quiet and peaceful. Since the hotel entrance is on the street, you can easily take a minibus or the hotel shuttle to get to Yalıkavak city center. Our primary reason for choosing this place was its water park, and the kids had a blast. It's not just fancy; it has nice slides. There are several pools and separate slides for the little ones. There are also plenty of umbrellas on the beach. We'll be back and recommend it to everyone.

Its so bad that we had to cancel our entire booking! Dnt be fooled by the photos, looks nothing like that. 1. Prison food must be better than this hotel's buffet. It looks disgusting! There was ill looking chicken stew, pasta, rice mash potatoes and minced steak and poor selection of mezzeh. Limited fruits 2. Beach water is not clear, looks overcrowded. 3. Water park looks great however over weekend guests must pay entry fee. 4. You have to pay 2 euros per night for the safe. 5. Beach towels can be exchanged tor clean ones only once every three days otherwise there is a fee of 2 or 1 euro. 6. Hotel grounds look nice however the rooms are small and outdated. Small swimming pool. 7. Staff is kind and helpful. This hotel is nothing like 4 stars. Its hardly 2 stars and only thanks to the water park. I think the reviews you read are either paid or done by people of the hotel.

Whoever calls this an all inclusive hotel is out of their mind, this establishment deserves nothing more than 2 stars. This is a disgrace and horrible “hotel” that labels themselves as “all inclusive”. When infact, as soon as you enter, they begin informing you how if you would like to use the safe to store your valuables, you need to pay 2€ per day which is outrageous. Then the beach towels, they tell us that we are not allowed to change them only after 3 days, which is disgusting and unsanitary for everybody. However there is an option to change them daily for the fee of 3€. They are making you pay to be clean. Next, the main reason we even put our eye on this hotel, is because of the waterpark that had amazing reviews. However, guests of the hotel were only allowed to enter free of charge on the weekdays. If you would like to enter on a weekend you would have to pay a fee of around 35€. Finally, the food was nothing close to edible. It was boiled chicken in milky water, and 2 other hot dishes only. The rest were cold salads and vegetables. The pool is tiny and the beach is horrible small cramped and the water looks grey and the sand looks polluted. Seeing the state around us, we packed ours bag and immediately fled. Lastly, I would like to mention that Katrina was a lovely employee with amazing skills and personality, she helped us with all of our troubles and she does not deserve to work in a place like this. I would like to add that i wish i had taken pictures of this monstrosity but i was in too much of a state of shock to do so. Thank You.
