Cadlolo Luxury Retreat Rome Cavalieri and Villa Miani

Very nice apartment! We were a group of 5 friends. Everyone was comfortable and cozy. We felt at home 🥰 The owner is very hospitable, immediately answered all questions, quickly organized the repair of a broken yard handle. The apartment is really spacious with a very good layout. There are two bedrooms in the private part of the apartment with two full bathrooms, a separate guest room with a sofa bed, a kitchen with all the necessary dishes and equipment, a living room with a large sofa, chess and a TV. A separate highlight is the private yard that surrounds the entire apartment. In the yard there is a utility room with a washing machine, sink and everything you need for washing. Also in the yard there is a patio, garden furniture, grill, summer shower, several citrus trees, other greenery and a lawn. A cat often comes to visit. Very affectionate and hungry 😂 I want to mention some details that guests should take into account. The guest (additional third) bedroom is in the common part of the apartment and does not have a separate toilet. The bathrooms have hand soap, toilet paper and two towels per guest. But there is no shampoo and shower gel. There is no microwave in the kitchen. There is salt and pepper for food (thank you!). Everything else will have to be bought yourself at a nearby store 😉 If you are without a car and will be using public transport, then to get to the supermarket or the bus (N913) you will have to go down and up two rather steep stairs. Life hack - if you are tired after the excursion, you can go three stops further up the hill and walk down the street instead of climbing the stairs. Nearby there is a bar and a very good restaurant "Peperoncino Dispettoso". I recommend it! Here on Saturday and Sunday evenings only with a reservation! A 5-minute walk from the apartments is the hotel "Rome Cavalieri". It is very convenient to come with a group of colleagues to a congress held at this hotel. Thank you, Niccolo! When we plan to come to Rome, we will only stay at Rome Pousada!
