From the moment we arrived, every interaction was exceptional: Concierge: Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with local recommendations Front desk: Professional, warm, and always available Housekeeping: Rooms were immaculate daily with thoughtful touches Transport & baggage: Seamless service that made arrival and departure effortless Pool & F&B staff: Attentive without being intrusive, always with genuine smiles What made the biggest impression was how the staff genuinely welcomed us getting to know their names and learning about their backgrounds. This personal connection meant the world to us and created such a warm, authentic experience. Unparalleled Setting & Ambiance The hotel's location is simply breathtaking. It's a tranquil oasis perfect for couples seeking romance and relaxation. The sunsets from the hotel's bar and restaurants are beyond incredible - truly some of the most spectacular views we've ever experienced. The pool area is stunning, and the gardens below create a serene atmosphere. We loved how the hotel maintains its peaceful ambiance with gentle reminders to respect the tranquility - it really enhances the experience for everyone. Dining Recommendations The hotel's dining is excellent, but we highly recommend asking the staff for authentic restaurant recommendations in Anacapri for at least one evening. We stayed at Caesar Augustus for two nights on our honeymoon, and it was an incredible experience. We wished we had stayed for more. While Capri was quite busy, staying in Anacapri at Caesar Augustus was quiet and amazing. Our room overlooked the sea, offering absolutely breathtaking views. The gym was outside, and though it was small, it had brand-new Technogym equipment. Antonella, who managed everything, was amazing and helped us coordinate a private dinner. The pool area was also fantastic, with great sun coverage, an infinity pool overlooking the water, and excellent poolside dining. Breakfast and dinner were both wonderful, and our room, complete with a balcony, was perfect. It was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend it.
