Excellent Service and Honest Staff I stayed at Caesar Palace Hotel in April 2025, and I am very impressed by their honesty and professionalism. After checking out, I accidentally left my wallet in the hotel-arranged taxi to Bangkok airport. When I realized, I immediately contacted the hotel, and the staff went out of their way to help me recover it. They coordinated with the taxi driver, kept my belongings safe, and helped me arrange to collect them later through my travel agent. Eventually, everything was safely returned to me, including all my important documents. I am deeply grateful for their support during this stressful situation, especially as there was a medical emergency in my family at the time. The staff’s honesty and cooperation truly deserve five stars. One small suggestion: the hotel has a rule of charging 500 baht extra for an additional guest entering the room. It would be much clearer and fairer if this policy was mentioned upfront at the time of booking, rather than at check-in. In my experience, most hotels in Thailand or Malaysia do not charge for a short guest visit, so advance notice would help manage expectations. Overall, I highly recommend Caesar Palace Hotel for its trustworthy and supportive team. Thank you for a memorable and safe experience.
my experience was a totally of a pleasure. The rules were filled with mould and they were mosquito spiders and cockroaches which made me feel uncomfortable my whole day. I could literally hear the other room was loud music which made me unable to sleep . I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for kids as if the bathrooms were unpleasing as well. I wouldn’t recommend this place even though the outside looks pleasing and clean and astonishing. The inside is not very pleasing as you can see from the photos. It is like another world inside of the hotel dark and very old. in the hotel lobby there was no lights and it was so dark at night as you can see in the photo. The hotel lobby was literally pitch black and it was really hard to find the lift and navigate throughout the hotel. In addition, some sofas on the left side of the lobby smelled like feces. Although I couldn't see the feces, it made me jump up immediately. The door lock is an old style key with a heavy key ring, no electronic room card. There is a free towel rental service in the lobby, which can be taken to the beach for use. Another thing I don't understand is that the hotel's swimming pool is only open until 7pm. After 7pm, it will be closed and the lights will be turned off, and it will be pitch black. I have never seen a hotel swimming pool close so early. The strange thing is that at 11pm, I looked down from the room and saw many people swimming. I think I saw humans.
this was a really bad experience of a hotel. I will never forget which is that bad. I couldn’t sleep at all last night because the Aircon noises were very noisy. The hotel closes the Aircon at 7 pm at night in the lobby. The swimming pool also closes at 7 pm which doesn’t make sense because after you’ve been all out there you can’t take a swim in the pool so you gotta come back earlier to just swim in the pool. The lighting in the rooms and bathroom made me feel nauseous to me were really dizzy to me. because the lighting was slightly yellow and didn’t really match the room vibe. The clothes hanger didn’t let you have clothes around the room. It wasn’t really that friendly because if you wanted to hang your clothes around the room the hanger didn’t have the hook. The hotel check was sloww as we had to wait for an hour to just get our room. there was too many mirrors in the room which made me feel completely uncomfortable at all. in the rooms the staff refilled the shampoo and body wash bottles which I like mini bottles similar to salt and pepper shakers which are about that size but a bit smaller so they refilled them and we could feel the stickiness of the shampoo/body wash. We open them because the stuff refilled them after the last customer stay.
