Love this hotel! Got a complimentary upgrade to a mini suite. Rooms are spacious and clean, all amenities provided for. Service staff are friendly and polite too. Really value for money as compared to Hilton right beside which is twice the price. Train station is just a 5 minute walk opposite.

The experience was very bland. It could have been better but the service was not the greatest. My party of 17 had to wait in line at 3 pm to be checked-in. I have never experienced where staff had to open at a certain time when I also asked in advance for an early check in. The hotel guests (everyone) had to wait in the hotel lobby to for it to open. Meanwhile, there were basketball players who were able to check in early. Also the staff aren’t very well in speaking in english which was hard to communicate. The hotel was clean and we were satisfied with the room clean.

Hotel is at a very convenient and prime location, approx. 2 minute walk from the station and close to convenience stores and shopping centres. The hotel itself is very modern and the standard room is very nice sized and in itself is up to expectations. However, make sure to check if your booking includes room cleaning, as mine did not (fault of my own), you need to call to get your bins changed and ask for toilet paper, towels and other amenities to be refilled. However with the amount you pay you would think that room cleaning should be the standard not the exception. Staff were nice at times but the check in process was lazy as the only information I was given was a QR code and told to scan to learn about what the hotel offers, which the code did not cover all information. As well as some of the staff seeming like my presence was an inconvenience to them, however cleaning staff were always super nice and a pleasure to greet in the hallways. Overall I would suggest spending your money somewhere else as it is a great hotel but not at the price provided.
