Me and my friends have traveled all over the world, and this place easily takes the top spot for the worst experience. The photos online are super misleading, what you see is not what you get. The rooms are extremely outdated and depressing. The bathrooms were honestly disgusting, we didn’t even feel comfortable showering. The hair dryer literally blew up when we turned it on, filling the room with the smell of burnt plastic. Told the front desk, and all we got was a lazy “We’ll send someone.” No one came. Customer service overall was poor. Some staff were nice, but most just didn’t care. There are multiple blackouts every day (which I get is common in Lebanon), but here it was 4–6 times a day, super frustrating, especially when there’s no backup power right away. Bottom line: avoid this place at all costs. Nice staff can’t save a hotel that’s falling apart.
It is soooooo baaaaaaad even the ac does not work it is just trash as hell there is ants all around the bathroom and the wall are broken and it look like abandoned hotel it is just a piece of s word and there is blood in the stairs
