Thank you, Marriott! I’d like to extend my sincere thanks to Mr. Tarik and the entire Garden team for making our stay truly wonderful. The service was excellent throughout—from the warm hospitality to the outstanding support at the pool. A special thanks goes to the gentleman at the reception who kindly assisted us in changing our room and even informed us about a discount for stays over four days, which we weren’t aware of. It was a pleasant surprise and much appreciated. Looking forward to our next visit!

I must say, this hotel looked amazing. Many nice restaurants on site, music, entertainment, and nice local places to visit. The rooms looks nice and where managed good be staff. The big downside for me, was a major one. The rooms I had seemed to have visitors that I didn’t invite. Woke up to pain in my hand and lumps on my hand. I moved the pillow and there walking away was a bedbug. We only stayed for a night out 2. I reported the findings and my swollen hand to management, which offered to pay for my ride to airport as compensation for my last day. I was still on vacation for additional days. Due to not trusting insurance and care while traveling, I did not got to medical facility until returned home to Maryland. Nice to visit, but hope they took care of that issue.

The only positive thing about this hotel is the location and even that isn’t great. I honestly don’t understand how it has any good reviews. The staff were intrusive, and instead of feeling safe during my stay, I felt uncomfortable and drained. The rooms are extremely outdated and run-down. The air conditioning barely works, blowing damp mist that makes everything humid. While the cleaning staff do a good job, the rooms themselves are beyond saving in their current condition. At night, loud music and parties go on nonstop, making it impossible to sleep. The valet staff looked overworked, some even barefoot and seemingly underage, which says a lot about how Marriott treats its employees. On top of that, there’s constant renovation, painfully slow internet (completely down my first day), and an overall sense of neglect. This was an unpleasant experience from start to finish. I regret booking this Marriott and would not recommend it to anyone.
