Bathrooms are not working proper. Water going out.

We came from Andorra, the hotel is fine even though it does not have a reception service. The room is comfortable, the sink and everything good. However, we did not rest AT ALL, we saw all the hours of the clock at night because of the chimes of the Church that is right in front. They play every 15 minutes including at night. It is a shame that a hotel that is so good cannot enjoy a good rest for something so simple to fix by agreeing with the town hall…

Very negative experience: poor housekeeping, technical failures, and health concerns I stayed at the Cal Tonarro Hotel Apartment in Organyà and the experience was totally disappointing, especially considering I paid €104 per night. Upon arrival, the cleaning was poor: visible dust on several surfaces, including the bed frame. I am sensitive to dust and suffer from itchy allergies, so I must take medication like Alerlisin. This directly affected me during my stay. Added to this were multiple maintenance deficiencies: The toilet seat was loose, making it unusable safely. The bathroom light flickered constantly, due to a photocell that didn't stay on for even two minutes, causing it to turn on and off constantly. The hot water barely worked, forcing me to shower with mostly cold water. The shower drain was clogged and filled with hair, generating unpleasant odors and causing water to overflow into the bathroom. The shower tray seal, apparently made of silicone, was yellowish, which could be a sign of mold or mildew. The hairdryer has no functional buttons: when plugged in, it turns on immediately with no control option. The bathroom sink, although original in design, is completely uncomfortable, as the faucet has a 15 to 20 cm arm, and when trying to wash your face, you bump into it due to lack of space. Hot water is terrible. If the domestic hot water system (DHW) works with storage tanks, an electric water heater, or a boiler, but it doesn't heat anything. The experience has not been up to par in any way: neither in cleanliness nor in comfort. Sunday at the Municipal Market Square from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., and in the morning, the noise keeps you awake.
