Cala La Luna Resort

Lovely resort that is walking distance to both the Sea Club (see separate review) and the city center. The staff was professional, courteous and eager to make our stay unforgettable. Having booked directly on the resort's website, we had no trouble accommodating our large group with its varied dietary needs. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience that has made a lasting impression.

Absolutely lovely hotel, stayed for 4 nights. Attended a music festival on the island. Hotel is in a good location, easy to get to from the dock where the boats come in. Staff were very helpful and friendly, lovely rooms and amazing food at the restaurant, we ate there most nights and it was reasonably priced. I would definitely stay there again. We used bicycles to get around the island, there was a lovely beach with a good bar about 5 mins ride down the road. There is also a small supermarket about 5-10 mins walk which had everything in it.

The hotel is not a far walk from the center of the village and restaurants. The pool is nice, although not large, and the room we got was a suite with a handy little kitchen, and a nice view of the western sky for sunsets. However, I could see some other rooms were not as well located. Because all the rooms conveniently surround the swimming pool, if it is loud, you hear it. For instance, the lifeguard had a huge speaker playing music that if you did not want to hear or wanted a peaceful relaxing experience, you were out of luck. Also, the 10am check out is too early, and although you can get served breakfast until 10am, the unfriendly serving staff seemed intent on rushing you off so they could clean up.
