Calaserena Resort

Beautiful spot to have holidays, I loved every second of it. The sea is wonderful, just like on the picture on the main website. The hotel and the beach are well maintained, the restaurant has a great food. Regarding the activities, you can be involved in all kinds of sports and games, or stay calmly on your own - your choice. I strongly recommend, it is a good place to have holidays. 2 things that can be improved: rooms, as small and dark; and annoying sellers of stuff on the beach.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with my family at Blueserena. From start to finish, it was a safe, friendly, and memorable stay that was truly worth every moment. The food and drinks were fantastic—everything from the pizza and pasta to the ice cream was delicious. However, what made our visit truly special was the amazing staff. The team at Blueserena is incredibly warm, welcoming, and full of positive energy. Their kindness and genuine smiles made us feel like part of their family, and they worked tirelessly to ensure we had a great time. We will always cherish the memories of their hospitality. Worst hotel of our lives - Never again! - Italians preferred - Small rooms - Old bathroom with mold - Germans get bad rooms on the 3rd floor without elevator - Fixed loungers on the beach in the 5th, 6th, and 7th rows Loungers in the first three rows are subject to a charge (€40 per day) and mostly only for Italians - Loud music on the beach - Beach completely overcrowded and therefore ugly - No nice beach bar with a sea view - Evening bar reminiscent of a train station concourse: terrible lighting, loud, overcrowded - Pools reminiscent of competitive swimming pools - 1,000 strange rules in the hotel - Reception not air-conditioned, but since 1,000 things had to be taken care of, I almost collapsed at the reception desk - Despite all-inclusive, everything has to be paid for extra: beer in glass, water in plastic bottles, ice cream... - Despite all-inclusive: A card must be presented for every order - Drinks in 100ml cups. hahahahaha - Not enough Staff: 30-minute wait for 1 drink - Absolute horror: COOKING HALL!!!! Reminiscent of a cafeteria, super hot, risk of circulatory collapse, super loud, super unpleasant CATASTROPHE!!! MASS PROCESSING!!! - Food mediocre, much of it not good You have to search for good food!! - Food not written in English - Too few staff: no one clears old plates, tables small - Ordered rental car (car rental company cooperates with hotel) was not delivered as promised... We were speechless... 4 stars for what?
