Caldera Cliff Illusion

An unforgettable stay — even better than the photos! From the moment we arrived, Caldera Cliff Illusion absolutely blew us away. The views over the caldera are breathtaking. The suite was spotless, modern, and beautifully designed, with thoughtful touches throughout. We had 1 light not working and once staff was notified, I was impressed they fixed it within a day. What truly made our stay exceptional was the hospitality. The staff went above and beyond — friendly, professional, and always ready to help with local tips, bookings, or anything we needed. Breakfast was served daily with the most incredible backdrop, and every morning felt like a dream. This was hands down one of the best places we’ve ever stayed — peaceful, private, and just magical. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and can’t wait to come back.

I'm struggling to find the words to describe just how lovely our stay here was!! Spent our 15th anniversary here and literally had some of the best days of my life! Amazing views, very comfortable room, (slept better than I have in months tbh) and just the loveliest staff - Sofia especially has been an absolute delight, very very accommodating and so friendly, honestly, I have no complaints at all!! Breakfast was very filling and the hot tub was so relaxing, we were like mermaids every evening, spent hours in there til late at night. The breeze gets cold but they turned the heating up proper for us when we asked, so it was perfecttt! ❤️ Would love to come back and will recommend this place to all our friends for sure :) (get the fancy room with the private hot tub if you're able - it's really worth it!!)

I have to write mixed reviews for this place since we were allocated a wrong junior suite even though we had booked Caldera Cliff suite. Somehow apparently two different booking were made to the same room. We had used the official site. Anyway we were given a similar room in the end. All this delayed our check in by 2 hours. Apart from that staff seemed nice and the rooms were kept clean. The views are really good. Im happy that they packed us a nice breakfast since we were checking out early in the morning.
