Absolutely stunning village, super clean, superb breakfast and so close to shops with the perk of free sun beds and parasol by the beach. This is the perfect place for relaxing with family having the choice of 3 huge pools for all ages. Highly recommended!
A Great Stay with Stunning Views! This hotel offers a truly enjoyable experience, highlighted by its great rooms and breathtaking views overlooking the sea and Theodore Island. The food is a definite highlight, with a dynamic menu that changes daily while still offering some consistent favorites. Families will appreciate the splash park for small kids and the multiple pools suitable for all ages. Entertainment options include a vibrant Cretan dance on Monday and an engaging magic show on Wednesday. These events are included in the all-inclusive package, but if you're not on that plan, you can still enjoy them for €18 per adult, which includes dinner and drinks. While Gorgona Beach is a short 10-minute walk away, be aware there's no shuttle service. The uphill climb back to the hotel can be challenging, so keep this in mind if mobility is a concern. Beyond the scheduled dance and magic shows, the hotel offers limited other activities. Overall, this is a good hotel with fantastic views and comes highly recommended, especially for guests who are comfortable with walking uphill.
I don't get why people give low rating. I guess they have different expectations/ they don'tdo research. This is a standard hotel (I would argue 4 stars tthough. But these days stars dont matter) with amazing staff and excellent food selection (even at the bar during the day) so literally everyone will find something to eat. Tones of fruits and vegs as well. It is a village style hotel which I absolutely loved as you can wander around. The only bad thing I would say there isn't enough light in the rooms but that only matters if you like to spend your holidays in the hotel room! Take a note that you have 2 swimming pools for general admission and 2 others are 'private' for people who pays extra for their rooms. Splash park is not opened whole day. For those who like to sit in the evening and watch animations, there are only 2 per week. Evenings are very quiet so you can just sit and relax watching the views sipping drinks from the bar till 11pm. If you want to know more just message the hotel and they can give you more information. No problems with seats around the swimming pools. Ps there are lots of cats not only around the hotel but the whole island. DON'T FEED THEM. For those who doesn't like cats: you can just ignore them and you will not notice them.
