Calimera Ralitsa Superior Hotel Ultra All Inclusive plus Aquapark

Great hotel with 4 swimming pools. Delicious food and nice atmosphere (seafood dinner and every day pizza the best). Service in the restaurant and bartenders fast and very friendly. Rooms cleaned regularly. I will recommend this hotel to everyone.

Good experience in Bulgarian seaside. Plus: - good and variated food - clean rooms - very nice and relaxing pools with mineral water Minus: No aquatic park available, although it appears in hotel promotion, the room was not like in pictures and without pillows and, not at least, this hotel is far away for its own status of "ultra-all inclusive"

Terrible experience overall. The “Ultra All Inclusive” label is totally misleading. Food was served at fixed times and was just plain bad – same poor options every day, no variety, no taste. They claimed to offer snacks between meals, but that was a lie – nothing was available. You couldn’t even enjoy a drink on the beach, because you weren’t allowed to leave the beach restaurant with a cup of juice or coffee. Coffee started at 9 a.m., which is ridiculous if you wake up early. The beer? The worst I’ve ever had – diluted, tasteless. The room was dusty and clearly not cleaned properly. Honestly, I’ve had better experiences in 3-star hotels with basic all inclusive. This was a big letdown. Definitely not recommended.
