Very cosy place. The hotel is run by the nice family where everybody cares about you. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxing. The owner helps with everything – she booked the table in the fish restaurant for us, helped to find the best beaches, advised what else to see on the island. She was always available on Whatsapp and phone to help us when needed. Her family met us at the ferry and brought back to the ferry at the end of our stay. The room was modern, everything was new and functioning properly. Conditioner was silent and properly located (not above of the bed). The bed is comfortable. Shower room had enough of places to put towels and staff. The rooms are super clean and well-maintained. Breakfasts are held at hotel’s terrace located in the garden. You get a big pot with the tea, variety of jams/cheeses/butter/bred/biscuit + something different every day like egg/omlet/minipizza/etc – the perfect start of the day. Garden is lovely with lots of places to sit and relax. Location - walking distance from the downdown. I saw many people of the hotel came by car and there is a good parking place at the hotel. We came without the car but we enjoyed having the walk to downtown where in some days we got food & water in the supermarket to go to remote parts of the island (we used the shuttlebus service or taxi to get to different parts of the Bozcaada island). Other days we just spent in the downtown – you can explore the ancient fortress, windmills, walk around narrow streets of Greek part of the town, swim in the sea near fortress, visit the small museum and enjoy the food in one of the local restaurants. Overall we had great time at Bozcaada, thanks to Ahu and her family

This stay was part of our 2-week vacation of several cities in Turkey. We booked a room in here for 3 nights. The reservation was confirmed via Hotels.com; they even sent us several reminders of it. When we got to the hotel, IT WAS CLOSED! Apparently, they decided to close for the season, even though OUR RESERVATION WAS CONFIRMED. They didn't even have the decency to cancel the reservation through Hotels.com, or notify us of their decision. After having a lot of problems because of this, including having to find another hotel right away, I found out that they had written me an email a few days before, asking if we were going to show up for our reservation and if it would be possible to contact them. Being on vacation, I didn't bother to check my email very frequently. They didn't indicate that if I didn't respond they wouldn't honor the contract; and even if I didn't respond, the reservation WAS CONFIRMED.
