Cam Thermal Resort Spa Convention Center

This was a really good place to have a holiday. The hotel staff was courteous and professional. The all-inclusive aspect of the hotel made it easy to just be here and rest, not having to worry about finding meals, and the food was really good and there was a lot of variety. There was a lot of entertainment at the hotel geared toward families and there were multiple activities for children all day long: swimming and water slides, a children’s trampoline and soft-play area, and nightly children’s programs helped to keep younger guests entertained. For older guests, swimming, the thermal pool, hiking in the nearby forest, the spas, and a small gym provided ample activities. For those traveling who may have forgotten something (or not realized the needed it), there is a small store in the hotel that has a wide variety of items, from Islamic-appropriate swim wear to sunscreen and snacks. The only complaint I might have is the air conditioning seemed to work great during the day but less great at night, and the room temperature during the night was quite a bit warmer than during the day, making sleeping not as comfortable as it could have been. That’s the only reason the rooms get 4 instead of 5 stars. Otherwise, the rooms were spacious and clean and the beds themselves were comfortable. Would definitely return for another holiday.

Very nice hotel. Overall, my 3-day stay here was absolute delight, very good dining options and impressive variety of spa services. Hotel’s spa staff was skilled and attentive. Big thanks to Aynur for friendly attitude and professionalism and excellent revitalizing massage and body treatment.

+ Location is not too far from Ankara (1h++) but around the area, there’s not much to do + The buffet food is excellent! Everything from the salad to dessert is tasty. 5 stars to everyone working in the kitchen and the restaurant. + Kids club with plenty of toys. + I was told that the nature around is nice but we haven’t really seen since it’s raining. However, we’ve noticed a lot of stray dogs on the way so just be careful on that. - Rooms are huge but a minor improvement which could change everything is to add more hooks on the wall for clothes and towels to dry - The pool is either too cold or too hot. There is no in between. If they could warm up the big pool a little bit (even just the little one for the kids) it would be perfect. Our daughter couldn’t last 10 minutes in the pool because of the temperature. Please fix this! :( - If you have babies, bring bottled water. No baby food too in the buffet area. - Plastics are used so much. Overall, I would highly recommend.
