Cama Luxury Suites Glyfada

Amazing modern rooms, great service & and top-notch custom ordered breakfast tailored to my preferences. Great location if you’re willing to avoid the city centre and prefer the southern beach side part of Athens. Would not recommend staying here. The hotel is very far from the city centre and at least in our experience, public transport was fairly unreliable (busses often not showing up) so it was difficult to get anywhere. That's obviously not the hotel's fault, but everything about the hotel just felt a bit off. We booked the deluxe suite with balcony and sea view. We expected to be able to easily see the sea from our balcony, but you can barely see it. The balcony is also basically shared with another room, there is a small metal fence in between, but doesn't give you any privacy. Considering that the place is so far from Athens centre, you might think that it's nice and quiet. However, it's right by a 6 way motorway, and even with all windows closed, it's very noisy. We had a room towards the back of the hotel, so right by the street, and it was rough. All of this would have been okay, but I reached out to reception to ask if we could get a different room, even a smaller one to be a bit further away from the street, and they never got back to me. We were staying during February, so total off season. The room itself is very nice. However, the layout is a bit weird because the bedroom is right next to the sinks with no door in between, the toilet and shower have little doors to separate them, but other than that it's basically an open plan bathroom. The breakfast is pretty good, and getting it delivered to your bed is a true luxury
