We had an incredible stay here ✨ it’s luxury accommodation at a fraction of the cost. The apartments are stunning and the pool is so incredible with views of the mountains and landscape ⛰️ they have a lovely pool side bar with coffee snacks and drinks and are always around to help with anything needed. They also arranged transport for us to the port free of charge 🤍 you are only 5-7 mins walking to the centre of the town and 20 mins walking/10 mins cycle to the nicest beach on the island. Thank you Camaro for an amazing few days ✨🫶 oh and they have a gym set up which may look small but has everything you need for a workout 🏋️♀️
Overall great location. Staff could be more friendly
Unfortunately, our experience at this property was disappointing in several respects, despite the location's potential. Upon arrival, one of the two rooms assigned to us had a malfunctioning air conditioning. The receptionist intervened and fixed it, but the air conditioning continued to malfunction throughout our stay: the air coming out was never truly cold, making it difficult to sleep. On the second day, we found ourselves locked inside the residence, as the main gate was locked and required a code to open it, which we hadn't been given at check-in. After numerous attempts to contact the property by phone (all unsuccessful), only thanks to the kindness of another guest were we able to get out, after about a 20-minute wait. On the second day, brown water came out during the shower. Added to this, there was no hot water for the rest of the day and the entire following day. We reported the problem, but were told unprofessionally that "we shouldn't take long showers"—even though no one had used them yet that day. On the third day, at 10:00 a.m., we asked for croissants at the bar and were told they were out of them (only 20 had been made for the entire property). So, we asked for coffee, but were told they were out of pods—a particularly annoying inconvenience considering that our room didn't have a coffee maker, contrary to what was stated on the website (there was only a moka pot). That same day, the room wasn't made up, nor were the sheets or towels changed (as was supposed to be the case on the third day), contrary to what we'd been told at check-in. Despite several complaints to the manager, we were promised a service that never came. The most unpleasant part came at checkout, when we were presented with an €87 bar bill, completely lacking any details or correspondence with actual consumption. We had, in fact, only consumed a few coffees, three juices, and five croissants. Only after pointing out the inaccuracy, and not without some annoyance on the part of the manager, were we given a €20 discount. A real shame, because the property has potential: the rooms are tastefully furnished and offer comfortable spaces even for families or groups of friends (despite the lack of cleanliness). The pool is beautiful and well-maintained, but there are very few umbrellas, making it difficult to find shelter during the hottest hours of the day. With more attentive management and greater attention to customer service, this property could truly offer a pleasant experience. As it stands, however, we would not recommend it, especially to those looking for a reliable stay without disruptions.
