This was actually my 2nd stay here at the Cambria Burbank Airport location. We originally stayed here to take my granddaughter to Universal Studios. Both stays were so relaxing and the staff was so welcoming and helpful. I do have to give special kudos to Ana at the front desk. She’s amazing!!! So friendly and very helpful. We will definitely be staying at this location again the next time we are in town.
This hotel should have a better rating than it currently has. I stayed there because I was going to Universal Studios, and everything went perfectly. The only staff member we had contact with was Ana Laura, and she was truly exceptional. She's kind, helpful, and super friendly. We arrived very late on check-in day, and since we didn't let her know, our room was already occupied. She was very kind and accommodated us in a better room than the one we had, without any extra charges. Afterward, she gave us complimentary parking because of the misunderstanding about our room being occupied. She resolved any questions at all times and was very attentive. The hotel is very nice, warm, and modern. The rooms are very clean, and everything works properly. I didn't hear any noise at night, as other reviews say, and I was able to sleep perfectly. It's perfect if you're looking to relax after a day at the park. And the distance, for me, is very average. It took 15 minutes from the hotel to Universal Studios. I would honestly stay there again. here on my next trip and would look for the same franchise in other places
This hotel is great. I came in for work and it all felt brand new. It couldn’t be closer to the airport but yet I couldn’t hear any planes. I was in a room facing the metro but I thought everything was wonderfully soundproofed. Loved the decor, felt right at home. Gym was awesome. The girl at the desk in the morning couldn’t multitask very well when I went to check out but every staff member I encountered was terrific. Making hotel guests pay for parking in an area with zero alternative options is terrible but $24/per night isn’t awful. I truthfully don’t think anyone even checks. Great hotel, I would certainly stay again!
