Cambria Hotel Chicago Loop Theatre District

An amazing hotel! Staff were sooo friendly and accommodating, rooms were fantastic, and breakfast was GREAT! We had Cassandra as a server and she was so peppy, open; it was such a refreshing way to start out the morning. The hotel is right across from Block37 and blocks away from grant park or the lake. Would 100% stay again

Our stay has been wonderful. The desk receptionists were so helpful with getting us checked in early and our waitress Cassandra was extremely friendly and kind. This hotel is the perfect place to stay for anything in the loop.

This was my first time staying here, and it will probably be my last. My husband and I stayed here over the weekend. The location is excellent, but the room was not as clean as it should have been. Our room had a stale smell, the bed was uncomfortable, the desk had brown sticky liquid under the glass, and the walls had random red and brown spots. The bathroom ran out of tissue, and the only tissue present was sitting in a liquid that had previously dried up, leaving a large yellow stain. I almost used this tissue, and I'm glad I examined it after removing it from the paper. The body wash was very low, but I always bring my own just in case. If you need any towels, be prepared to retrieve them yourself. I'm giving it two stars because of the location.
